Nojoin is free, and setting it up yourself is four steps. Someone still has to own the server, apply the upgrades and notice when it stops. I built Nojoin, and from £24.99 a person I'll do that part on hardware you own.
Watching
A check outside your network keeps an eye on the instance. When it stops, I find out before you tell me.
Upgrades
One maintenance window a month, batching whatever's shipped since. Security fixes don't wait for it.
Backups
Configured, and the restore tested rather than assumed. A backup nobody has restored is a hypothesis.
Support
Same Day If It's Down, Next Working Day Otherwise
One person answers, and it's me, during UK working hours. There's no 24-hour line and no ticket queue. I'd rather name the limit than publish a promise that breaks the first time I'm ill.
Hardware
Your Machine, Your Bill
The hardware is yours, in your building or your own cloud account, and you pay for it directly. The practical minimum is 8 GB of VRAM for Whisper Turbo and Pyannote. CPU-only works as well and runs slower. If you've already got something that qualifies, the hardware costs you nothing extra; if you haven't, scoping one is where the first call starts.

Requests Go to the Front, and Ship to Everyone
Your requests get read first and get an answer rather than silence. Sometimes that answer is no, with the reason. Whatever does get built ships in Nojoin for everyone under AGPLv3, because the licence doesn't permit a private version and I wouldn't sell one anyway. Nothing here locks you in: you're buying my time, not access.

- Every meeting, every minute, all of it. No monthly allowance, no ceiling on how long a call can run, no history that expires while you're still paying. There's no meter in the software to hit.

- Yours, in your building or your own cloud account, and billed to you directly rather than marked up through me.
Start With an Email
Tell me how many people, what you're running now, and what's stopping you using something hosted. I'll tell you if it's a bad fit. That happens, and it's cheaper for both of us than finding out in month three.
